International Shipping

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing an order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
