Shipping Policy

For deliveries within India, all applicable taxes and duties are already included in the product prices shown on the Webshop — no hidden charges. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Once shipped, domestic orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days after production. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not regarded as business days. We do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.

In case you need a particular garment by a specific date, please get in touch with us via Instagram DM, and our team will be happy to assist you and check the possibilities.

We ship worldwide! However, there are a few areas where courier services may not be accessible. If your location is one of them, please feel free to contact us and we'll explore alternative options if available.

Please Note:

• Courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After failed attempts, the shipment may return to us.
• Timelines are approximate, not guaranteed.
• Hand-intensive production may occasionally cause minor delays.
• Estimated shipping timelines are provided for each product individually. While we aim to adhere to these timelines, VOID COCHIN is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, government regulations, lockdowns, reduced workforce or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Shipping charges for delivery outside India: a flat shipping fee of INR 3900 (converted to the equivalent in your local currency) for 1 garment, and INR 1800 for each additional garment, applies to all international orders.

* Expensive shipping countries - Brazil, Cyprus, Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, Panama, South Africa, Turkey, Fiji, Mauritius, Norway, Trinidad and Tobago, Afghanistan, Angola, Antigua, Argentina; Barbados, Mozambique, East African Countries Shipping charges for these countries are INR 6000 + INR 3000 every additional garment.

Once your order has been dispatched, international delivery usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on the destination country and courier service.

All orders to be delivered outside India may be subject to country-specific import duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. We do not collect any duties & taxes while you are ordering on the website. Any additional charge towards import / customs duties & taxes, if any, may be levied by the customs authority. These charges are to be borne by the receiver.

VOID COCHIN has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actuals. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend contacting the local customs office or their website for further information.

In case the receiver fails to pay the asked duties & taxes and doesn't collect the order from the shipping partners, VOID COCHIN will not be liable for any refund amount for such orders.
