Exchange Policy

We understand that our standard sizes might not always work for you and therefore, we also offer custom tailored fit. We do not provide exchange of the outfit upon ordering a wrong size. If the ordered outfit doesn't fit you or if you had ordered a custom tailored fit but are facing fitting issues, provided the alteration is not such as to significantly change the overall size of the outfit,We offer one-time alteration of your outfit. The cost of shipping to us and later shall be borne by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Our team will look into the concerns raised, and shall assist you on how to proceed with the return if the outfit is eligible for alterations.
