Refund Policy

At Void, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events (unless defective).
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at hello@voidcochin.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@voidcochin.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@voidcochin.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
